Things are going pretty good right now. I'm pretty happy with my diary (sorry David, but I can't bring myself to say journal for some reason) because I've been looking forward to using it for a while (not that I didn't love my old one completely. It's the fresh-start feeling I like), and I'm also really close to finally finishing To Kill A Mockingbird. I know, I know - it's taken a very long time… I don't know why I read so slow nowadays, because I used to speed-read. Maybe it's just that the books have gotten a little nicer, and I want to indulge in them a little bit more.

Another really great thing that happened was that I got a little closer to finishing that project. I can't figure out how to end it, though… Le sigh. The last bit is always the hardest. Once I figure it out, I'm set to go, and once I finish it… The feeling of finishing it is going to be exhilarating.


I have to be honest here though, so I'll just say it. My mind isn't doing as well as everything else… I'm starting to go a little crazy with certain things that I've been thinking about lately. I managed to shut it all away for a few months, but they just all came flooding back last night. Hopefully I'll be able to shut it away long enough that I won't have to worry about it anymore.
