Who would have thought, when I started this blog on this very same day in 2008 that I would still be blogging here today? Not me, that's for sure. When I created this, I was in a phase where I made a lot of blogs and abandoned them, so I was surprised when I kept writing here. 3 years on, and I'm still going strong. I also wanted to blog about my uncle! He is on his way to Mount Everest now, which is really quite amazing. Can you imagine hiking up the mountain, with all of the breath-taking views? Not just the journey up there; but the journey to the journey is something too, and so are all of the preparations needed. He's been keeping us updated, and his descriptions sound absolutely lovely.
