Gearing Up For The SAT

Jul 10, 2012 in , ,

Over the weekend, I went to check out a center for the SAT with my parents. After talking to one of the advisors there (who told my mom that she likes David before we met), I'm looking forward to going there. It's not a particularly long course, which is great, and their students mostly reach their goals. I'm aiming for a high score, so I'm going to need all the help I can get.

Besides that, I've been checking out some of the schools I'm interested in going to in the U.S., and those that I researched look awesome. I would so love to go to one of them, and for that to happen, I'm going to have to really study hard for my SAT, and a few other tests I have to take. I would really appreciate some prayers. :)

Hazel is sleeping beside me as I type, and I feel compelled to share with you a particular song that I've had stuck in my head for the past week because of her. It's called "Fuzzy Fuzzy Cute Cute," and can get pretty annoying when it won't leave your head. I keep randomly singing it, which is really not funny.

Yes, that's a Shih Tzu in the thumbnail! Hazel didn't get excited when she saw it, though.

FUZZY FUZZY CUTE CUTE, FUZZY FUZZY CUTE CUTE.

I went to watch it this afternoon in the hopes that that would get it out of my system, and I have yet to know the results of that particular experiment. The first time I watched it was probably a couple of years ago, and I'd completely forgotten all about it until I saw fuzzy Hazel acting so cute.

She hasn't had any accidents in a while, and she's been behaving well. :) Something interesting about Hazel is that she eats fruits. Here's a list of some that she has eaten:

  • Red apples
  • Green apples
  • Pomelos
  • Oranges
  • Papayas
  • Durian
  • Bananas
